Return and Warranty

At, Inc., customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We want EVERY customer to leave a HAPPY customer. Therefore,, Inc., has implemented the following return policy (from date of purchase): 

0-30 days:
Full refund or exchange. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Opened products are subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee unless the product is defective on arrival. 25% restocking fee will be charged to returns with incomplete or damaged package and additional fee will be charged for missing accessories. 

No refund after 30 days. 

Most of the products sold through, Inc.,  have one year factory warranty from the date of purchase. If the product becomes defective within one year, Digigear will provide replacment at no extra charge. The return product must be in the original condition to qualify for replacement. Product warranty will be voided if the return product is physically damaged or has been modified in anyway (including the firmware). 

Please note the following exceptions:

  • Software are not eligible for refunds. Exchange for the same item only. If the part of the bundle package is returned, the remaining parts will be charged at the full price.
  • If the warranty information on the product page is different from the general return policy on this page, please follow the warranty information on the product page. 

    Steps for returns:
    1. All merchandise returned for credit, repair, or exchange must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Return packages without a RMA number will be returned back to the sender. 

    2. Please obtain a RMA number at before returning any item. When requesting a RMA number, please state your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for return. We will only accept returns which have an RMA number. 

    3. Please print the RMA number clearly on the return label to avoid any delay in processing. Please send package to:

    4. All returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid. Products must be received within 15 days (US) or 25 days (international) of the RMA issuance date.

    5. Digigear will not be responsible for shipment lost during returned shipping.

    6. Once the returned merchandise is received, we will promptly replace any defective merchandise or exchange with items of the same value if the original product is no longer available.

    7. RMA will take about 7-10 business days to process. Replacement package will be returned via shipping methods below. 

  • 1st Class mail (7-10 days) for items less than $100 in value.
  • Priority mail (3-5 days) for items $100 or greater in value. 

  • Global Priority Mail or Air Mail (10-14 days) for items less than $100 in value.
  • Global Express Mail (7-10 days) for items $100 or greater in value.
